Handy Communications Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the 'Company') specifies the following processing policy to protect users' personal information and rights and interests in accordance with the 「Personal Information Protection Act」 and to smoothly handle users' complaints related to personal information are putting it into practice. 2. Personal information processing and retention period

3. Matters concerning the provision of personal information to third parties

In principle, the company processes the user's personal information within the scope specified in the purpose of processing, and does not process it beyond the original scope or provide it to a third party without the user's prior consent. However, personal information may be processed in the following cases.
① When separate consent is obtained from the information subject

6. Personal information destruction procedure and method

In principle, the company destroys the personal information without delay when the purpose of processing personal information is achieved. The procedure, deadline and method of destruction are as follows.
① The information entered by the user is transferred to a separate DB after the purpose is achieved (separate documents in the case of paper) and is stored for a certain period of time or immediately destroyed in accordance with internal policies and other related laws. At this time, the personal information transferred to the DB will not be used for any other purpose unless it is required by law.
② Personal information stored in the form of an electronic file is deleted using a technical method that cannot reproduce the record. Personal information printed on paper is shredded with a shredder or destroyed by incineration.

7. Matters concerning the installation, operation and rejection of automatic personal information collection devices

The company uses 'cookies' that frequently store and find member information in order to provide individually tailored services to members.
